Will I always get the product I request?
No. We order from NorgesGruppen, and some products can't be sourced, or would sell too little to earn their shelf space. The more people who request the same thing, the better the odds.
How long does it take?
The store manager goes through the requests regularly. If the product is ordered, it usually arrives within a week or two.
Why do I have to give a mobile number?
So we can ask you if something is unclear, such as which size or variety you mean, and because it keeps automated spam out. The number isn't used for anything else, and it's deleted after six months.
